To play about with something until Terse is sufficient to enable proper development, I think I’m going to explore means of expressing text in .net, without being entirely platform-dependent.
This may be expressed in C#/F#/Clojure.Net/etc., however the point is the same – attempting to lay roots for the eventual Clarity editor as Terse is developed.

This is the development diary of Clarity, a .net text editor inspired by Emacs.
It is going to be written in Terse, a programming language I’m currently working on.
There won’t be many updates until Terse is in a position which allows Clarity development to commence. As soon as that is the case I will update the diary. Stay tuned.
